The availability of certificated management system in conformity with requirements of international standards is one of the main criterion when choosing and conclusion partnership relations and is approving the organization's ability to produce high-quality products under managed conditions.
In order to create a positive goodwill, hold positions in the petrochemical industry and expand the export potential upon an initiative of top executive management, in 2007, a quality management system was developed and implemented in conformity with requirements of international standard
ISO 9001: 2007 (Quality management systems).
Since 2010, "Mineral Wax Plant" JSC has been guided in its work by the OHSAS 18001: 2007 (Occupational Health and Safety Assessment Series) oriented to create safe working conditions, and since 2014 has been working on the principles and requirements of ISO 14001:2004 (Environmental management systems).
In 2016, there was a certification of existing management systems against there correspondence to recent versions of international standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, OHSAS 18001:2007 with simultaneous integration.
The integrated quality management system isn’t mean immovable state, it provides for continuous improvement in accordance with the constantly changing needs of the consumer and gives an assurance that "Mineral Wax Plant" JSC produces a consistently high-quality product.
‘Mineral Wax Plant’ JSC has its own well-equipped laboratory with qualified specialists working there. Close scientific and technological cooperation is promoted between the plant and the National Academy of Science of Belarus, The Research Institute for Physical Chemical Problems of the Belarusian State University, the leading universities in Belarus, Russia and the Ukraine. More than 60% of new products manufactured at the plant were developed on the basis of this cooperation.
All products pass through 100% control of compliance with technical requirements and state standards and availability of the research laboratory enables us to make prompt adjustments to our products according to the client’s requirements.
